Description
A black and white photograph of a lithograph of a bird's eye of Port Nicholson, showing the site of the town of Wellington, the river and valley of the hill and adjacent country taken from the charts and drawings made during Colonel Wakefield's survey and now in the possession of the New Zealand Company. Below the image is a caption on either side of a chart of the harbour with names of locations. Wellington, 1839.
