Description
An original black and white photograph of Point Howard - the site of the proposed oil berth. On the left is a dirt road going between two rocky outcroppings. Further to the right is another outcropping where a few men are working. Then there is sea on the right with a couple of rocks in the foreground. On the reverse is the number 735 in red pen in the upper right corner. Wellington, 1929.
