Description
A photographic print of a painting of the AMOKURA, used as a certificate issued to Thomas Edgar Eaton. On the line in black pen is written: "Thomas Edgar Eaton". The photograph is a port view of a 3 masted vessel under sail. The hull is light coloured. There is a funnel between the bow and middle masts. Two lifeboats are suspended from davits on the port side. A flag is flying from the stern mast. On the reverse in the top left corner is written in pencil: "Mrs Eaton 3/8 Blk 8m Oct". Also on the reverse in the middle and upside down is written in pencil "694" within an oval. Also on the reverse at the bottom edge is written in red: "2467/90".
