Description
Coronation Medal awarded to Captain Arthur Davey. A circular, silver medal, 32 mm in diameter with a grosgrain ribbon and clasp pin on reverse of ribbon. Featured on the obverse are King George VI and Queen Elizabeth, crowned and robed, facing left.
The garter-blue ribbon is 32 mm wide, with white and red bands. This medal was issued to celebrate the Coronation of King George VI in 1937 and was awarded in large numbers to citizens of the British Commonwealth.
