Description
Small desiccated fern frond, probably Blechnum penna-marina, Antarctic hard-fern. Typical small ground cover fern found in Falkland Islands and Tierra del Fuego.
One of five dried leaves found in Ship’s Log: Volume 2, written by Gerry Clark during the Totorore Voyage, 1983-86. On page for entry 3-10-1984, but probably collected after this date.

Part of a large collection of written and audiovisual resources and equipment which belonged to Gerry Clark; most of which document his voyages in the Southern Ocean.
