Hardback covered book with colour dust jacket, titled; A Company of Birds, author Loke Wan Tho, forward by Malcolm MacDonald, published by Michael Joseph, London 1957.

Book contents are predominately black and white photographs of birds in habitats against description of each.

The book contains; A note on photographic methods, birds of India, New Guinea, Malaya.

The book has a handwritten note inserted at the front "Gerry & Margery, with best regards always, affectionately, Fred & Betty. Fare thee well, luck go with thee, when wise far, will remember thee", May 1958.

Black and white magazine article of three double sided pages by same author, inserted into book "Photographing the Whitebellied Sea-Eagle".

Book owned by Gerry Clark, part of a large collection of written and audiovisual resources and equipment, related to his voyages in the Southern Ocean.
