Gerry Clark and the crew of TOTORORE sailed to Marion Island landing 16 January 1986 after being dismasted after leaving Cape Town, Christmas Day 1985. The crew were accepted as shipwrecked mariners by the South African Government.

Part of a large collection of written and audiovisual, photographic resources and equipment which belonged to Gerry Clark; most of which document his voyages in the Southern Ocean.
