Yachts racing in the 1981 Admiral's Cup trials, held off Auckland in March 1981. Selection of a three boat team to fly to Cowes, UK, to compete in the Admiral's Cup (begun July 29 1981).
SWUZZLEBUBBLE, WEE WILLIE WINKIE (ex EPIGLASS NEW ZEALAND) and MARAC were selected.
Also racing were FELTEX ROPERUNNER, SPRITZER, OUTWARD BOUND, MONIQUE and NGARURU (some of these are also shown here).
