Typed manuscript on cream paper for article titled "A narrow escape from the pack ice in Antarctica", Submitted to SA [South African] Yachting and also Cruising Helmsman publications, Australia, 7 June 1989. Author Gerry Clark, comprising of six typed pages of manuscript with corrections made with 'white correction fluid' and five pages listing sides relating to content of article supplied to respective magazines.

Part of a large collection of written and audiovisual resources and equipment which belonged to Gerry Clark; most of which document his voyages in the Southern Ocean.
