Handwritten annotation in pencil by Cliff Hawkins on verso reads; " Waggoner's Wells" 21 June 1939.

Entry in 'Photo Index' of Cliff Hawkins with handwritten log of his photographs, location, subject and date, page 9, entry 296; "Wagoner's Wells (swans and cygnets) 21/6/39".

Waggoners Wells a series of man-made ponds with a connecting stream. The reserve is situated between Grayshott, Bramshott and Headley Down in East Hampshire, England.
