Printed booklet and correspondence and envelope from The Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood, St James's Palace, London to Gerald Stanley Clark, Esq, M.B.E relating to Statues of The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) he received in 1987.

The booklet lists the written statues and later pages are black and white printed guides illustrating the medals and ribbons as worn by each order of the British Empire.

Part 1: Order form, coloured illustrated fold out.

Part 2: Letter: From Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood to Gerald Stanley Clark Esq., M.B.E. "to request that the receipt of this Warrant may be acknowledged on the attached form", and "the Secretary would be glad to receive notification of any change of address and in the event of the decease of the person holding such Warrant Executors".

Part 3: Letter from Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood informing recipient (Gerald Stanley Clark) that Members and Medallists of the Order of the British Empire May from time to time receive from commercial sales firms sales brochures", " the Officials of the Order of the British Empire do not give approval for the manufacture, sale or wear of the articles described".

Part 4: Letter from Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood requesting recipient Gerald S. Clark Esq., MBE. subscribe to fund to support the Chapel for the Order in St Paul's Cathedral, requesting two pounds, two pages with "Order for Donation" attached. Enclosed is a list of fees for use of the Chapel by Order members.

Part 5: Envelope addressed to Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood, London.

Part 6: Letter correspondence from The Office of The Governor General, Wellington, New Zealand, 6 August 1987, relaying "thanks for your letter to His Excellency to thank him for the notification of your MBE". Refers to Gerry Clark's request for his support in declaring Antarctica a World Park.

Part 7: Letter from Gerry Clark to the Official Secretary of The Governor General of New Zealand, 10 September, 1987.
