Typed letter on light blue airmail letter form W. R. P (Bill) Bourne, RFA Olna, BFPO Ships, London (at Savannah, North Georgia) to Captain. G. Clark addressed to TOTORORE Expedition, King Edward Point, Falkland Islands, 2 June 1985.

Letter concerning South Atlantic notes by Gerry Clark; mentions where various bird species seen in locations in the area. Asking "it would be useful to have observations at sea along the Antarctic convergence, comparable with Pacific ones".

Handwritten annotation bottom left margin reads: "Copy - Marjorie". Letter signed "Bill".

Duplicate of letter with added typescript addressed to Marjorie Clark and note at bottom Copy: Marjorie: 2017.40.958.

Part of a large collection of written and audiovisual, photographic resources and equipment which belonged to Gerry Clark; most of which document his voyages in the Southern Ocean.
