Description
Double breasted navy blue coat with two columns of four gold buttons featuring the USSCo insignia. The sleeve stripes indicate a rank of Junior Engineer. The coat was worn by Merchant Navy Officer and Engineer, Mr Albert William Birss, during WWII.
