Description
Black rubber respirator with black rubber hose attachment, a brown leather belt and small plastic bottle labelled "Lunguard Anti Fog Kit" stored in a blue cardboard suitcase. Respirator features a plastic face cover with rubber surrounding straps and mask. Instructions for use are attached to the inside of the case lid. A loose sheet inside case features an image of what the respirator would look like when worn.
