Description
A copy of a black and white photograph of the steamer LADY BARCLAY loading or unloading at a wharf in Collingwood. The photograph is of a bay at low tide. Beach is in the foreground with a jetty coming in from the left of the photograph. Eight men are on it. The man at the left has a wooden trolley. The LADY BARCLAY is in a channel behind the jetty with mooring ropes coming from the bow and stern. Two men are on the vessel loading or unloading cargo. Hills and then sky are in the background. On the reverse in the middle is a stamp with "This photograph must be acknowledged to the Nelson Provincial Museum. Reference No" and in pencil "Tyree Coll and 167 8x10" and "Lady Barkley, Collingwood." Nelson, 1863-1934.
