Description
MBE awarded to George M. Parsons at Buckingham Palace, London, in 1966. Silver medal and ribbon in original Royal Mint box with a card detailing ‘Instructions as to wearing Insignia’. Silver cruciform medal inscribed with the motto 'For God and the Empire', and 38mm wide grosgrain ribbon of rose-gray, edged with stripes of pearl grey. Wood box with leather cover and silk lining.
