Photograph album compiled by Phillippa (Pip) Were of her time working as a radio officer on-board the container ship MV NEW ZEALAND CARRIBEAN (1980) and other photographs and ephemera.

Includes newspaper clippings 39 photographs, five postcards, six newspaper clippings, two transcripts, speech and radio transmission, four photocopies, one instructional guide and a ships synoptic weather chart (1990).

Very good memories of the NZ Caribbean, love it. Thank you for sharing. I flew out to Germany Jan 1980 aged 16 years old, and was employed on her as a Deck Boy (NZ Caribbeans Maiden voyage).
