Description
The Tilman medal for voyaging in high latitudes was awarded by The Royal Cruising Club, [UK] in recognition of Gerry Clark's three year circumnavigation of the Antarctic aboard the yacht TOTORORE, 1984-86. The medal has an image of a sailing vessel on the obverse. It is in a maroon case with a baize and silk lining.
