Letter begins: "Just a brief note, in response to your report of 1 December, to say how delighted we all are that you returned home safely". "Obviously the next priority is to produce the book and if we can help in any way please let us know".
The letter goes on to encourage publishing the results of the King Penguin survey and best wishes conveyed from Cambridge and Bird island.
Part of a large collection of written and audiovisual, photographic resources and equipment which belonged to Gerry Clark; most of which document his voyages in the Southern Ocean.
